Dear Members

Attached is a letter from the Secretary for State received today by ourselves and Cornwall Council, which declares that the planning application granted on the 8th April is unlawful. It has therefore has been withdrawn.

We will urgently be speaking with Solicitors to take advice on our next steps and strategy, our main option being Judicial Review.

We will let you know as soon as we know more.

This is a very positive, if not, unexpected outcome.
