The issue is this:
We believe the blasting carried out by the developer at Dean Quarry on 30th September 2016 leaves us no option but to take Cornwall Council to the High Court. CADS' challenge to the council includes their failure to enforce multiple breaches by Shire Oak Quarries, thus enabling this developer to significantly endanger the environment, ignoring the necessity for an environmental statement in an area which the council itself has screened positive EIA (requiring an environmental impact statement).
